From start to finish, it was the easiest and nicest experience buying a car I have ever had. Lane the salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. No high pressure. What was really awesome for me was the sales manager, Steve. He actually came out and met us, introduced himself and was a part of the negotiation. He did not act like some Wizard of Oz character hiding behind closed curtains or walls like most sales managers I have dealt with. Even the finance manager was not high pressure when it came to the extended warranty option. I have actually walked out of other dealerships when it came to the extended warranty option as I felt like they were pushing a time share. All in all, it was a very easy enjoyable experience for me and my wife. I am definitely going back and will use their service department when needed for oil changes, etc. I am also passing the word on to others of the experience I had. I am highly impressed with the staff at Marc Miller staff. The manager returned my email when I was on your site looking at suv's. He texted, called, and gladly answered any car finance questions. Lance, my salesman is incredible. Lance's knowledge of every vehicle is outstanding. Lance brought several suv's to me until I decided on the rims and the color of the car. Lance was patient, and professional and made us feel comfortable without pressuring us to purchase a vehicle. The financial salesman had a good sense of humor and made me feel relaxed yet I could tell he is a pro at this job. The woman at the front desk is quiet yet friendly. I must say she greeted with us a smile and was friendly. She told us if we needed anything just to let her know. Very nice lady. Everyone made a lasting impression on my decision to purchase a car from the Marc Miller dealership. To my surprise, my sister and my cousin purchased their car from Marc Miller. The two-hour drive from Arkansas to Tulsa was well worth the drive.

Who cares, get better management and get more mechanics. I sent it Kevin Grover GMC and they found the problem and fixed it in one day. I will not be using Marc Miller anymore.

I needed a set of tires. I talked to service department and was told that the tires would be in on Tuesday 22 April. I arrived at 7:00 AM and waited until noon before I was told that the tires had not arrived. The tires would be ready for installation on 23 April. I arrived at 7:00 AM. I wouldn’t leave the dealership until after 2:00 PM. I spent 12 hours over two day period waiting with little to no contact with anyone, until I started asking questions. Several excuses I finally received my bill which I paid to a very unfriendly person. I am going to buy another car soon but it will not be at Marc Miller Dealership. In fact, all my service work will be done elsewhere. If this survey is actually read, I challenge you to wait 12 hours for services that should have been done in three hours.

The original job was to replace tires with new Good Year tires on my granddaughters car. I did not notice until some time later that Firestone tires were put on her vehicle. When I talked to Tom about it he said I asked for Firestone but Firestone was never mentioned in our original conversation. I don't like Firestone tires and would never have agreed to them. I first asked about Michellens but he mentioned they had Good Year tires that were a little less expensive so I agreed to that. He said he would talk to his service manager and call me back but didn't. So I went to the facility and talked to the service manager personally. At first he said they couldn't replace them because It had been too long. I told him the car had been in a shop for repairs and I didn't notice the tires until I picked it up from that shop. The manager agreed to replace the tires for the difference in cost which has been done. I guess if I ever buy tires there again I'll check to make sure I got the right ones

I was greeted quickly and told it would probably be 1- ½ hours and I decided to wait in the waiting room. It was mid morning and I found the waiting room clean and tidy with fresh coffee and donuts, plus bottles of water available to the customers. The customers seemed to be having their service done in expected time frame. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and read a little and my vehicle was ready in just over an hour. As usual my vehicle was clean inside and the maintenance service I had done was completed. I always have good friendly service, which keeps me coming back. Very happy with Mark Miller Buick.

On June 12, 2025 I had an appointment to get a oil change, I call the dealership 1 hour prior to my appointment to see if they had room for me to come on in to get an oil change, the gentleman that I spoke with said " Oh yes we do come on" so I went straight over. When I arrived i pulled my car straight in the garage to be help, after sitting there for 2 1/2 minute and getting out of my car for someone to come over to help me, every one was sitting around talking with each other, I said politely "excuse me I am wanting to get an oil change" one guy approached with an attitude (to me) do you have an appointment I said politely " how are you, and yes I have an appointment, he then ask me " Are you staying and waiting on your vehicle " yes I am. I got to Marc Miller at 12:48 pm, my appointment was not until 1:30 pm ( I was not that early), they said it would take about 1 hour to 1 1/2, I said no problem. I sat in the waiting area for over 2 1/2 hours. When I approach the counter to speak with the cashier, to let her know i had just got a diagnostic text stating that the tire pressure on my car was low, she rudely said "Do you need something, I don't have your paperwork yet" i tried to explain that i had just received a text stating this information, " when i get your paperwork I will tell them" Well she did not tell them anything. after about 10 min. seeing my car in the garage ready to be check out to go home, I went to the guy that checked me in and told him the same thing about my tire pressure was low, and her said " oh that happens when they rotate the tires" I said Ohh Ok, but I just got this text while my car was sitting here in the garage. He said " Its fine". So when i when to check out and pay for my car, upon returning to my vehicle the tire pressure check was displayed on the screen, I tried to get a couple of the workers attention to see what I was seeing, they seemed irritated that I asked someone to please come look at my tire pressure, one guy said that should have been check when they rotated the tires, " I said correct" then another guy called someone to come and put air in my tire. At no time did I ever speak with an associate about my vehicle and if they might have had any concerns. I'm over it , It is so much Marc Miller himself can give me a call if it even matters.

Oil change and tire rotation was fine. Asked to top off DEF and they didn't so had to do that before leaving. Couldn't find paperwork but that wasn't that big of a deal, just a delay. They told me nobody knows why the radio goes out on these vehicles so no fix.

It was a poor experience. It took over an hour and a half to have my oil changed and at least 20 minutes of that I spent watching my finished truck sit waiting for the service manager to file the paperwork. In fact, I had to leave the lobby to ask about my truck which finally prodded the service tech to mosey over to finally get my paperwork turned in. I could have been gone 30 minutes sooner had he been doing his job. Very frustrating.

I made an appointment to have oil changed/tires rotated/new wipers. When I showed up my service advisor told me it would take about an hour. It took over two hours to complete these tasks. When I got home, I noticed on the invoice there were two service items recommended, and it showed I declined service. No one mentioned these items to me while I was there and based on a follow up call I made to my service advisor it sounds like I need to have one item prior to my next oil change. Now I have to make another appointment and another trip to your dealership to have this service item done.

I had a 1pm appointment to rotate my tires however my car was not taken in for service at the time of appointment but put in line behind 4 other cars. When I called to make appointment I asked how much it would cost and was told $14.99 but the invoice showed $19.99. No one could explain why and because she had already processed my payment she was not able to credit me back without the service tech generating additional paperwork so he refunded me out of his own pocket which I appreciated but not fair to him. I drove an hour one way for this service, not doing that again!

It would be nice if someone would guide you into the service area. There were people grouped talking while I was in front of the bay doors. I didn’t know if I’m supposed to pull in or wait. Also, it took 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and filter change. It normally takes an hour so this was a little ridiculous. I went and asked how much longer and guess what, “looks like they just finished”. Then it took 30 more minutes before I actually left. You guys are across the street from my office but I’m not sure I’ll be back. I use Ferguson for my wife’s car and feel they are way ahead.

I came in for an oil change, the service tech asked if I wanted to do a coolant and brake flush without telling me the price. I agreed thinking it would be in the $100-$200 range. For 9 years I have had oil changes done at the dealership every 3k miles without fail because I have the Engine guarantee. When I began to have timing chain issue, I was advised by Robert Murray that my guarantee was void because for the last 3 changes something was not added. When I asked who was responsible for that he stated the the technician and I the customer were at fault. He said the tech should have added it and I should have made sure it was on the receipt. I have never in the 9yrs of owning this vehicle, been told that I was responsible for making sure the technician did there job. This is the worst example of customer service I have ever received. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Marc Miller and it will be the last. Robert Murray's audacity to blame the customer is disgusting.

Took truck in for a scheduled appointment at 12:30 for an oil change and was told it would be done in 45 minutes to an hour. I checked back at 2:00 and was told just a few more minutes which turned into another hour and a half. Didn’t get out of there until about 3:30. I’m not good at math but I believe that’s 3 hours for a simple oil change that was actually scheduled.

Outside of the fact that it took TWO days for my car to be finished when it was supposed to be done, because someone in your department broke a hose, and the fact that it was then discovered that the radiator had a split in it, which in turn caused the cost to go from $1300 to $1800.....everything went well.

The staff were polite and respectful, but I was disappointed to learn the transmission flush they recommended isn’t what the Buick owner’s manual specifies. The manual calls for a fluid and filter change, but I was advised otherwise. I trusted their certification to follow GM’s standards. I hope Buick ensures their dealers recommend manufacturer-approved procedures in the future.

I came in for a new set of tires for my 2020 GMC Sierra. They installed my new tires on someone else's vehicle. After I paid for my job they tried to give me the keys to the other person's vehicle as well. After I pointed out this information it was corrected but not until I had already been waiting at the dealership for over three and a half hours. Hopefully they did the alignment that I paid for. I also had and oil change done a few weeks earlier and they left the oil cap in the space between my window and the hood. I didn't notice it for a few days. Thank goodness it hadn't slid off before I noticed it.

Customer service really felt lacking this time. Communication is poor. I felt I needed to call for any updates because I did not receive a phone call when told I would. When I picked my car up, no one told me what was done or what the problem had been. I asked the girl at the payment counter, and she obviously didn’t know. She told me my car was outside ready for me. It wasn’t. I had to find someone to go get it. It wasn’t washed. When he brought my car, he offered to wash it, but I didn’t have time to wait. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past, and sadly, the customer service here just does not compare.

First service on GMC truck, service was done on a timely basis. Had an appointment, was going to be late, so called and was told to bring it on in. When I arrived, there were 3 fellows in the service advisors office, 1 just sitting there, 1 playing on his personal phone and 1 on the business phone, Finally the one on the business phone came out and took the keys, to take it back to service, I asked about a paint issue, was told that there was nothing that could be done about it and told me to rub it off with acetone, which I know will remove the paint. When it was done, a cashier asked me who I was and then told me truck was done, not sure how long it had been completed, but it wasn't too long of a wait, Truck was clean when returned to me. Compared to other dealerships didn't seem very professional and some effort should have been made to take care of the paint issue, in my opinion. Will probably be doing my own oil changes from now on.
